چکیده

MYB transcription factor is the largest family of factors in plants, and they are involved regulation plant growth development, secondary metabolism, adversity stress other biological processes. So far, there no study on of  Rhododendron lapponicum . In this study, the   variety ‘Fuli Jinling’ transcriptome was generated by SMRT sequencing technology. A total 15.37 Gb data obtained, 75 002 transcript sequences were obtained removing redundancy. 71 155, 33 653 30 359 transcripts assigned to Nr, GO COG databases, respectively. Based data, 64 gene families identified, including 220 genes. According structural characteristics, divided into four categories, 1R-MYB, R2R3-MYB, R1R2R3-MYB 4R-MYB. The amino acid sequence contains 20 conserved elements. Phylogenetic analysis showed that genes lapponicum  could be 28 subclasses. In we first used technology generate  transcriptome. single molecule real time (SMRT) 'Fuli Jinling', functionally annotated classified, 220   genes for bioinformatics analysis, these related results have certain reference significance.

The R2R3-MYB Transcription Factor Gene Family in Maize

MYB proteins comprise a large family of plant transcription factors, members of which perform a variety of functions in plant biological processes. To date, no genome-wide characterization of this gene family has been conducted in maize (Zea mays). In the present study, we performed a comprehensive computational analysis, to yield a complete overview of the R2R3-MYB gene family in maize, includ...

Functional Analysis of a Pomegranate (Punica granatum L.) MYB Transcription Factor Involved in the Regulation of Anthocyanin Biosynthesis

Background: Pomegranate fruit (Punica granatum L.) is a rich source of anthocyanin pigments resulting in vibrant colours and anti-oxidant contents. Although the intensity and pattern of anthocyanin biosynthesis in fruit are strongly influenced by R2R3-MYB transcription factors, little is known about the regulation and role of MYB in anthocyanin pathway of pomegranate. Objectives: The present st...

Identification of an NAC Transcription Factor Family by Deep Transcriptome Sequencing in Onion (Allium cepa L.)

Although onion has been used extensively in the past for cytogenetic studies, molecular analysis has been lacking because the availability of genetic resources is limited. NAM, ATAF, and CUC (NAC) transcription factors (TFs) are plant-specific proteins, and they play key roles in plant growth, development, and stress tolerance. However, none of the onion NAC (CepNAC) genes had been identified t...

Study of MYB Transcription Factor Gene Expression in Some Bread Wheat Cultivars of Sistan Region, Iran

Drought, an abiotic stress, considered as one of the factors limiting food resources. The plant responses to adaptive to such a condition are accompanied with changes in the expression pattern of some functional as well as regulatory genes. The MYB proteins include a big family of transcription factors which are highly important in regulating development process and immunizing responses of plan...

Transcriptional Regulatory Network Analysis of MYB Transcription Factor Family Genes in Rice

MYB transcription factor (TF) is one of the largest TF families and regulates defense responses to various stresses, hormone signaling as well as many metabolic and developmental processes in plants. Understanding these regulatory hierarchies of gene expression networks in response to developmental and environmental cues is a major challenge due to the complex interactions between the genetic e...
